The Crosstab model is part of the econometric models component of the PollyVote. The model currently forecasts a two-party vote share of 27.9% for Clinton, and 72.1% for Trump in Wyoming. In comparison, on October 27 Trump was still predicted to achieve 72.2% of the vote.
Putting the results in context
Individual models should be regarded with caution, since they often include substantial errors. Instead of relying on results from single models, we recommend to use combined models or, even better, the combined PollyVote forecast that incorporates forecasts from different methods, each of which incorporates different data.
Comparison to the combined PollyVote
The latest PollyVote predicts Trump to gain 69.8% of the two-party vote in Wyoming. PollyVote currently predicts Trump to gain 2.3 percentage points less compared to the results of the Crosstab model.
