The DeSart & Holbrook model published an updated prediction of the election result. It currently predicts a two-party vote share of 30.7% for Clinton, and 69.3% for Trump in Wyoming.
Putting the results in context
As any other method, models are subject to bias. In general, a good strategy is to not be overly confident the results of an individual econometric model. Instead of relying on results from single models, the best practice is to rely on combined models or, even better, a combined forecast that includes forecasts from different methods, each of which draws upon different data. The current PollyVote forecasts Trump to gain 69.3% of the two-party vote in Wyoming.
