DeSart & Holbrook model in Massachusetts: Clinton is in the lead
The DeSart & Holbrook model is part of the econometric models component of the combined PollyVote. According to the model, Clinton will obtain 65.9% of the two-party vote share in Massachusetts, while Trump will end up with 34.1%.
Putting the results in context
In general, however, one should not have too much faith in the results of single models, as they sometimes contain large errors. Instead of trusting the results from single models, we recommend to rely on combined models or, even better, the combined PollyVote forecast that incorporates forecasts from different methods, each of which incorporates different data.

The latest PollyVote forecasts Clinton to gain 64.1% of the two-party vote in Massachusetts. PollyVote currently predicts Clinton to gain 1.8 percentage points less compared to the results of the DeSart & Holbrook model.
