Putting the results in context
As any other method, polls are subject to bias. In general, don't be too confident the results of a single poll. Rather, one should examine how a poll's results compare to benchmark forecasts.
To make the results comparable to benchmark forecasts, you can convert them into shares of the two-party vote. The resulting figures are 34.5% for Clinton and 65.5% for Trump.
Results compared to the combined PollyVote forecast
The current PollyVote forecasts Trump to gain 62.1% of the two-party vote in West Virginia. Hence, the PollyVote forecast is 3.4 points below his polling numbers. The PollyVote forecast is therefore outside the poll's margin of error.
