SurveyUSASUSA poll in Michigan: Democrats are ahead
Results of a new poll carried out by SurveyUSASUSA were released on March 31. The poll asked participants from Michigan for whom they would likely vote if the Democratic Party nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republican Party nominated Donald Trump.
Of those who responded, 49.0% said that they would vote for the Democrats, while 38.0% said that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out from March 23 to March 24 with 904 likely voters. Results have a +/-3.3 percentage points sampling error. Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 56.3% for the Democrats and 43.7% for the Republicans.
