Results of a new poll carried out by QuinnipiacQuinnipiac were released on April 3. The poll asked respondents from Florida for whom they would likely vote if the Democrats nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republican Party nominated Donald Trump.
The results show that 46.0% of interviewees would vote for the Democrats, whereas 41.0% said they would vote for GOP. The poll was in the field between September 25 and October 5. The sample size was 1173 registered voters. The margin of error is +/-2.9 points. Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 52.9% for the Democrats and 47.1% for the Republicans.
