PPP (D)PPP (D) poll in Ohio: Democrats are ahead
On April 1, PPP (D)PPP (D) released the results of a new poll, in which respondents from Ohio were asked for whom they would vote if the parties' nominees were Hillary Clinton for the Democrats and Donald Trump for the Republicans.
Of those who responded, 45.0% revealed that they are going to vote for the Democrats, whereas 40.0% revealed that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was conducted between March 3 and March 4. The sample size was 1248 registered voters. Figures have a +/-2.8 percentage points error margin. Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 52.9% for the Democrats and 47.1% for the Republicans.
