PPP (D)PPP (D) poll in Michigan: Republicans are behind
Results of a new poll carried out by PPP (D)PPP (D) were distributed on March 28. The poll asked respondents from Michigan for whom they would likely vote if the Democratic Party nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republican Party nominated Donald Trump.
The results reveal that 49.0% of participants are going to vote for the Democrats, whereas 39.0% said they would vote for Republican party. The poll was carried out from June 25 to June 28 among 1072 registered voters. The sampling error is +/-3.0 percentage points.
In comparison with other surveys
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 55.7% for the Democrats and 44.3% for the Republicans. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Michigan the Democrats did worse in this poll.
