Ohio: Democrats hold clear lead in new NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ poll
On March 27, NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ released the results of a new poll, in which respondents from Ohio were asked for whom they would vote if the parties' nominees were Hillary Clinton for the Democrats and Donald Trump for the Republicans.
According to the results, 48.0% of respondents plan to vote for Clinton, while 42.0% plan to vote for Trump. The poll was conducted from March 4 to March 10 with 2052 registered voters. The error margin is +/-2.2 points.
According to other surveys
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 53.3% for the Democrat Clinton and 46.7% for the Republican Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Ohio the Democrats did worse in this poll.
