QuinnipiacQuinnipiac published the results of a new poll on April 1. In this poll, respondents from Connecticut were asked for whom they would likely vote if Hillary Clinton were the Democratic Party's candidate and Donald Trump were the Republican Party's candidate.
The results reveal that 47.0% of interviewees are going to vote for the Democrats, while 40.0% said they would vote for GOP. The poll was in the field between October 7 and October 11. The sample size was 1735 registered voters. Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 54.0% for the Democrats and 46.0% for the Republicans.
