New PPP (D)PPP (D) poll in New Hampshire: Democrats hold very clear lead
Results of a new poll conducted by PPP (D)PPP (D) were published on April 3. The poll asked respondents from New Hampshire for whom they would likely vote if the Democrats nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republican Party nominated Donald Trump.
Of those who answered the question, 50.0% revealed that they intend to vote for the Democrats, whereas 36.0% declared that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out from January 4 to January 6 among 1036 registered voters.
According to other surveys
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 58.1% for the Democrats and 41.9% for the Republicans. The vote share for the Democrats is 3.8 percentage points under the average results of other polls in New Hampshire.
