New Hampshire: New PPP (D)PPP (D) poll shows Republicans behind
On April 5, PPP (D)PPP (D) released the results of a new poll, in which respondents from New Hampshire were asked for whom they would vote if the parties' nominees were Hillary Clinton for the Democrats and Donald Trump for the Republicans.
The results show that 50.0% of participants plan to vote for the Democrat Hillary Clinton, whereas 36.0% said they would vote for the Republican Donald Trump. The poll was in the field between January 4 and January 6. The sample size was 1036 registered voters.
According to other surveys
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 58.1% for the Democrats and 41.9% for the Republicans. In comparison to the average results of other polls in New Hampshire the Democrats did worse in this poll.
