New Hampshire: New NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ poll shows Democrats in the lead
Results of a new poll carried out by NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ were published on March 28. The poll asked respondents from New Hampshire for whom they would likely vote if the Democratic Party nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republican Party nominated Donald Trump.
According to the results, 45.0% of respondents plan to vote for the Democrat Clinton, while 44.0% plan to vote for Trump. The poll was conducted between January 2 and January 7. The sample size was 957 registered voters.

Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 50.6% for the Democrat Clinton and 49.4% for the Republican Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in New Hampshire the Democrats did better in this poll.
