New Hampshire: Democrats hold very clear lead in new PPP (D)PPP (D) poll
PPP (D)PPP (D) published the results of a new poll on March 29. In this poll, respondents from New Hampshire were asked for whom they would likely vote if Hillary Clinton were the Democratic Party's candidate and Donald Trump were the Republican Party's candidate.
The results reveal that 50.0% of participants are going to vote for the Democrats, whereas 36.0% said they would vote for Republican party. The poll was carried out from January 4 to January 6 with 1036 registered voters.
In comparison with other surveys
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 58.1% for the Democrat Clinton and 41.9% for the Republican Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in New Hampshire the Democrats did worse in this poll.
