NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ poll in Ohio: Democrats are ahead
Results of a new poll carried out by NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ were distributed on March 28. The poll asked respondents from Ohio for whom they would likely vote if the Democratic Party nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republicans nominated Donald Trump.
Of those who responded, 48.0% revealed that they plan to vote for the Democrats, while 42.0% declared that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was conducted from March 4 to March 10 with 2052 registered voters. Figures have a +/-2.2 percentage points error margin. Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 53.3% for the Democrats and 46.7% for the Republicans.
