NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ poll in New Hampshire: Republicans are trailing
NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ published the results of a new poll on April 4. In this poll, respondents from New Hampshire were asked for whom they would likely vote if Hillary Clinton were the Democratic Party's candidate and Donald Trump were the Republican Party's candidate.
The results show that 45.0% of participants would vote for the Democrats, while 44.0% said they would vote for GOP. The poll was carried out from January 2 to January 7 with 957 registered voters.
Other survey prognoses
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 50.6% for the Democrat Hillary Clinton and 49.4% for the Republican Donald Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in New Hampshire the Democrats did better in this poll.
