On April 5, SurveyUSASUSA released the results of a new poll, in which respondents from Michigan were asked for whom they would vote if the parties' nominees were Hillary Clinton for the Democrats and Donald Trump for the Republicans.
The results reveal that 49.0% of respondents would vote for the Democrats, whereas 38.0% said they would vote for GOP. The poll was conducted from March 23 to March 24 with 904 likely voters. Results have a +/-3.3 percentage points margin of error. Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 56.3% for the Democrats and 43.7% for the Republicans.
