Michigan: New NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ poll shows Democrats in the lead
Results of a new poll carried out by NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ were published on March 30. The poll asked respondents from Michigan for whom they would likely vote if the Democratic Party nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republican Party nominated Donald Trump.
The results reveal that 52.0% of respondents intend to vote for the Democratic party, whereas 36.0% said they would vote for Republican party. The poll was carried out between March 1 and March 3. The sample size was 2229 registered voters. The error margin is +/-2.1 points. Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 59.1% for the Democrats and 40.9% for the Republicans.
