Latest PPP (D)PPP (D) poll in Michigan: Democrats hold clear lead
Results of a new poll carried out by PPP (D)PPP (D) were distributed on March 26. The poll asked respondents from Michigan for whom they would likely vote if the Democrats nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republicans nominated Donald Trump.
Of those who responded, 49.0% revealed that they would vote for the Democrats, while 39.0% indicated that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out from June 25 to June 28 with 1072 registered voters. The sampling error is +/-3.0 points.
According to other surveys
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 55.7% for the Democrats and 44.3% for the Republicans. The vote share for the Democrats is 0.6 percentage points under the average results of other polls in Michigan.
