Latest NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ/Marist poll in Florida: Democrats hold clear lead
NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ/Marist published the results of a new poll on March 26. In this poll, respondents from Florida were asked for whom they would likely vote if Hillary Clinton were the Democratic Party's candidate and Donald Trump were the Republican Party's candidate.
The results show that 49.0% of participants would vote for the Democrats, whereas 41.0% said they would vote for Republican party. This poll was conducted from March 4 to March 10, among a random sample of 2422 registered voters. The margin of error is +/-2.0 points.
According to other surveys
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 54.4% for the Democrats and 45.6% for the Republicans. The Republicans did better by 3.2 percentage points in comparison to the average results of the other polls in Florida.
