Latest NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ poll in Ohio: Democrats with clear lead
Results of a new poll conducted by NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ were published on April 2. The poll asked participants from Ohio for whom they would likely vote if the Democrats nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republicans nominated Donald Trump.
According to the results, 48.0% of participants would vote for Hillary Clinton, while 42.0% would vote for Donald Trump. The poll was conducted from March 4 to March 10 with 2052 registered voters. The error margin is +/-2.2 percentage points.
Other survey prognoses
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 53.3% for the Democrat Clinton and 46.7% for the Republican Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Ohio the Democrats did worse in this poll.
