NBC/WSJ/MaristNBC/WSJ/Marist published the results of a new poll on April 1. In this poll, respondents from Illinois were asked for whom they would likely vote if Hillary Clinton were the Democratic Party's candidate and Donald Trump were the Republican Party's candidate.
According to the results, 57.0% of interviewees are going to vote for the Democrats, while 32.0% are going to vote for Party. The poll was conducted between March 4 and March 10. The sample size was 1968 registered voters. Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 64.0% for the Democrats and 36.0% for the Republicans.
