EPIC-MRAEPIC-MRA poll in Michigan: Republicans are trailing
On March 26, EPIC-MRAEPIC-MRA released the results of a new poll, in which respondents from Michigan were asked for whom they would vote if the parties' nominees were Hillary Clinton for the Democrats and Donald Trump for the Republicans.
According to the results, 47.0% of participants intend to vote for Clinton, while 37.0% intend to vote for the Republican Trump. The poll was in the field between March 19 and March 22. The sample size was 600 likely voters. The margin of error is +/-4.0 points.
In comparison with other surveys
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 56.0% for Clinton and 44.1% for the Republican Trump. The vote share for the Democrats is 0.9 percentage points under the average results of other polls in Michigan.
