Results of a new poll carried out by EmersonEmerson were distributed on April 1. The poll asked participants from Wisconsin for whom they would likely vote if the Democratic Party nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republican Party nominated Donald Trump.
According to the results, 47.0% of respondents are going to vote for the Democratic Party, while 38.0% are going to vote for Party. This poll was conducted from March 20 to March 22, among a random sample of 922 likely voters. The margin of error is +/-3.2 points.
Other survey prognoses
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 55.3% for the Democrat Hillary Clinton and 44.7% for the Republican Donald Trump. The Democrats did better by 0.3 percentage points in comparison to the average results of the other polls in Wisconsin.
