Democrats lead in Ohio by 5 points in new PPP (D)PPP (D) poll
PPP (D)PPP (D) published the results of a new poll on March 29. In this poll, respondents from Ohio were asked for whom they would likely vote if Hillary Clinton were the Democratic Party's candidate and Donald Trump were the Republican Party's candidate.
According to the results, 45.0% of respondents intend to vote for the Democratic Party, while 40.0% intend to vote for the GOP. The poll was carried out from March 3 to March 4 with 1248 registered voters. The error margin is +/-2.8 percentage points. Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 52.9% for the Democrat Hillary Clinton and 47.1% for the Republican Donald Trump.
