Colorado: Republicans with very clear lead in latest QuinnipiacQuinnipiac poll
On March 23, QuinnipiacQuinnipiac released the results of a new poll, in which respondents from Colorado were asked for whom they would vote if the parties' nominees were Hillary Clinton for the Democrats and Donald Trump for the Republicans.
According to the results, 37.0% of respondents plan to vote for Hillary Clinton, while 48.0% plan to vote for Donald Trump. The poll was conducted from November 11 to November 15 with 1262 registered voters. Results have a +/-2.8 percentage points sampling error.
In comparison with other surveys
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 43.5% for Hillary Clinton and 56.5% for the Republican Donald Trump. The vote share for the Democrats is 7.7 percentage points over the average results of other polls in Colorado.
