Colorado: Advantage for Republicans in new QuinnipiacQuinnipiac poll
Results of a new poll conducted by QuinnipiacQuinnipiac were released on March 27. The poll asked participants from Colorado for whom they would likely vote if the Democrats nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republicans nominated Donald Trump.
Of those who answered the question, 37.0% revealed that they will vote for the Democrats, while 48.0% declared that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out between November 11 and November 15. The sample size was 1262 registered voters. The sampling error is +/-2.8 percentage points. Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 43.5% for the Democrat Hillary Clinton and 56.5% for the Republican Donald Trump.
