PPP (D) poll in Florida: Republicans are in the lead
On April 27, PPP (D) released the results of a new poll, in which respondents from Florida were asked for whom they would vote if the parties' nominees were Hillary Clinton for the Democrats and Donald Trump for the Republicans.
The results show that 44.0% of interviewees plan to vote for Democratic party, while 46.0% said they would vote for the Republicans. The poll was conducted from February 24 to February 25 with 1012 registered voters. Figures have a +/-3.1 percentage points margin of error.
Other survey prognoses
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 48.9% for the democrat Clinton and 51.1% for the republican Trump. The vote share for the Democrats is 2.4 percentage points over the average results of other polls in Florida.
