NBC-WSJ-Marist published the results of a new poll on April 27. In this poll, respondents from Ohio were asked for whom they would likely vote if Hillary Clinton were the Democratic Party's candidate and Donald Trump were the Republican Party's candidate.
Of those who answered the question, 48.0% revealed that they plan to vote for the Democrats, whereas 42.0% declared that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was conducted from March 4 to March 10 among 2052 registered voters. The error margin is +/-2.2 percentage points. Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 53.3% for the Democrats and 46.7% for the Republicans.
