Latest FL Chamber poll in Florida: Republicans trail by a razor-thin margin
Results of a new poll carried out by FL Chamber were released on April 27. The poll asked participants from Florida for whom they would likely vote if the Democrats nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republicans nominated Donald Trump.
Of those who answered the question, 42.0% said that they would vote for the Democrats, while 41.0% said that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was conducted between September 16 and September 20. The sample size was 605 likely voters. The margin of error is +/-4.0 points.
Other survey prognoses
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 50.6% for the democrat Clinton and 49.4% for the republican Trump. The vote share for the Democrats is 0.6 percentage points over the average results of other polls in Florida.
