Georgia: New WXIA-TV/SurveyUSA poll has Democrats behind
Results of a new poll carried out by WXIA-TV/SurveyUSA were circulated on April 27. The poll asked participants from Georgia for whom they would likely vote if the Democratic Party nominated Hillary Clinton and the Republicans nominated Donald Trump.
Of those who responded, 37.0% revealed that they intend to vote for the Democrats, while 46.0% revealed that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was conducted from October 15 to October 26 among 481 likely voters. Results have a +/-4.0 percentage points margin of error. Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 44.6% for the Democrats and 55.4% for the Republicans.

The poll numbers for the Republicans are thus 0.1 percentage points lower than the combined PollyVote, which currently anticipates a value of 0.0% in Georgia.
