WXIA-TV/SurveyUSA poll in Georgia: Republicans are ahead
Results of a new poll carried out by WXIA-TV/SurveyUSA were published on April 17. Participants from Georgia were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. According to the results, 37.0% of interviewees are going to vote for the Democrats, while 46.0% are going to vote for the Republican Party. The poll was conducted between October 15 and October 26. The sample size was 481 likely voters. The error margin is +/-4.0 percentage points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 44.6% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 55.4% for Donald Trump.
