Wisconsin: Democrats hold clear lead in Marquette poll
Results of a new poll carried out by Marquette were released on April 2. Participants from Wisconsin were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. The results reveal that 47.0% of participants plan to vote for Democratic party, while 37.0% said they would vote for GOP. The poll was carried out from March 24 to March 28 with 1405 registered voters. Figures have a +/-3.3 percentage points margin of error.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 56.0% for the Democrats and 44.1% for the Republicans. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Wisconsin The democrats did worse in this poll.
