Texas: Republicans with small lead in recent Texas Lyceum poll
Results of a new poll carried out by Texas Lyceum were published on April 14. Participants from Texas were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. The results reveal that 37.0% of respondents are going to vote for the democrat Clinton, while 39.0% said they would vote for Trump. The poll was conducted between September 8 and September 21. The sample size was 633 likely voters.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 48.7% for the democrat Clinton and 51.3% for Trump.
