Texas: Lead for Republicans in new Texas Lyceum poll
Results of a new poll conducted by Texas Lyceum were released on April 7. Participants from Texas were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. Of those who responded, 37.0% revealed that they plan to vote for the democrat Clinton, while 39.0% declared that they would give their vote to the republican Trump. The poll was conducted between September 8 and September 21. The sample size was 633 likely voters.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 48.7% for the democrat Clinton and 51.3% for Trump.
