TEGNA/SurveyUSA poll in Georgia: Democrats are behind
Results of a new poll conducted by TEGNA/SurveyUSA were released on April 7. Participants from Georgia were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. The results show that 41.0% of participants will vote for the democrat Hillary Clinton, while 50.0% said they would vote for the republican Donald Trump. The poll was carried out from February 22 to February 23 with 1261 likely voters. The error margin is +/-2.8 percentage points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 45.1% for the Democrats and 55.0% for the Republicans.
