SurveyUSA poll in Michigan: Democrats are ahead
Results of a new poll conducted by SurveyUSA were published on March 31. Participants from Michigan were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. The results show that 49.0% of interviewees are going to vote for Democratic party, whereas 38.0% said they would vote for the Republicans. The poll was conducted from March 23 to March 24 with 904 likely voters. Figures have a +/-3.3 percentage points sampling error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 56.3% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 43.7% for Donald Trump.
