South Carolina: New PPP (D)PPP (D) poll shows Democrats trailing
PPP (D)PPP (D) published the results of a new poll on April 17. In this poll, respondents from South Carolina were asked for whom they would likely vote if Hillary Clinton were the Democratic Party's candidate and Donald Trump were the Republican Party's candidate.
The results reveal that 42.0% of participants would vote for the Democrats, while 47.0% said they would vote for GOP. This poll was conducted from November 7 to November 8, among a random sample of 1290 registered voters. The sampling error is +/-2.7 points. Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 47.2% for the Democrat Hillary Clinton and 52.8% for the Republican Donald Trump.
