PPP (D)PPP (D) published the results of a new poll on April 15. In this poll, respondents from South Carolina were asked for whom they would likely vote if Hillary Clinton were the Democratic Party's candidate and Donald Trump were the Republican Party's candidate.
According to the results, 42.0% of interviewees intend to vote for the Democrat Clinton, while 47.0% intend to vote for the Republican Trump. This poll was conducted from November 7 to November 8, among a random sample of 1290 registered voters. Results have a +/-2.7 percentage points margin of error. Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 47.2% for Hillary Clinton and 52.8% for Donald Trump.
