South Carolina: Republicans hold comfortable lead in recent PPP (D) poll
PPP (D) released the results of a new poll, in which participants from South Carolina were asked who they would vote for. Of those who responded, 42.0% revealed that they will vote for the Democrats, whereas 47.0% revealed that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was conducted between November 7 and November 8. The sample size was 1290 registered voters. The sampling error is +/-2.7 points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 47.2% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 52.8% for the republican Donald Trump.
