Results of a new poll conducted by KSTP/SurveyUSA were released on March 24. Participants from Minnesota were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. The results reveal that 42.0% of interviewees will vote for Clinton, whereas 45.0% said they would vote for Trump. The poll was carried out between October 29 and November 2. The sample size was 516 registered voters. Results have a +/-4.4 percentage points margin of error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 48.3% for the democrat Clinton and 51.7% for Trump. The vote share for the democrats is 3.1 percentage points over the average results of other polls in Minnesota.
