Quinnipiac poll in Ohio: Republicans are leading
Quinnipiac published the results of a new poll, in which participants from Ohio were asked who they would vote for. Of those who responded, 42.0% said that they plan to vote for the Democrats, while 44.0% declared that they would give their vote to the Republicans. The poll was carried out between February 16 and February 20. The sample size was 1539 registered voters. Results have a +/-2.5 percentage points margin of error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 48.8% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 51.2% for Donald Trump.
