Florida: New Quinnipiac poll: Democrats at 46%
The results of a new poll, sponsored Quinnipiac in Florida, were published on March 28. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. The results show that 46.0% of respondents intend to vote for Democratic party, while 41.0% said they would vote for GOP. The poll was carried out between September 25 and October 5. The sample size was 1173 registered voters. Estimated have a +/-2.9 percentage points margin of error.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 52.9% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 47.1% for the republican Donald Trump.
