Latest PPP (D) poll in Michigan: Republicans trail by a clear margin
The results of a new poll, conducted by PPP (D) in Michigan, were published on April 24. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. According to the results, 49.0% of respondents would vote for the Democratic Party, while 39.0% would vote for the Republican Party. This poll was conducted from June 25 to June 28, among a random sample of 1072 registered voters. The error margin is +/-3.0 percentage points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 55.7% for the Democrats and 44.3% for the Republicans.
