The results of a new poll, sponsored PPP (D) in Florida, were published on April 15. In the survey participants were asked, whether they would vote for democrat Hillary Clinton or republican Donald Trump, assuming that these two candidates would win the primaries. The results reveal that 44.0% of interviewees plan to vote for Democratic party, whereas 46.0% said they would vote for Republican party. The poll was conducted from February 24 to February 25 among 1012 registered voters. The sampling error is +/-3.1 percentage points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 48.9% for the Democrats and 51.1% for the Republicans.
