New PPP (D)PPP (D) poll in Florida: Democrats trail by a small margin
On April 9, PPP (D)PPP (D) released the results of a new poll, in which respondents from Florida were asked for whom they would vote if the parties' nominees were Hillary Clinton for the Democrats and Donald Trump for the Republicans.
The results show that 44.0% of participants will vote for the Democrats, whereas 46.0% said they would vote for GOP. The poll was in the field between February 24 and February 25. The sample size was 1012 registered voters. The sampling error is +/-3.1 points. Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 48.9% for the Democrat Clinton and 51.1% for the Republican Trump.
