Pennsylvania: Very clear advantage for Democrats in recent Franklin & Marshall poll
Results of a new poll carried out by Franklin & Marshall were released on April 25. Participants from Pennsylvania were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. According to the results, 46.0% of respondents are going to vote for the Democrats, while 33.0% are going to vote for the Republicans. This poll was conducted from March 14 to March 20, among a random sample of 828 registered voters. Results have a +/-3.3 percentage points error margin.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 58.2% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 41.8% for the republican Donald Trump. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Pennsylvania The democrats did worse in this poll.
