Ohio: New Quinnipiac poll shows Republicans ahead
Quinnipiac released the results of a new poll, in which participants from Ohio were asked who they would vote for. According to the results, 42.0% of participants intend to vote for the Democratic Party, while 44.0% intend to vote for the GOP. The poll was carried out between February 16 and February 20. The sample size was 1539 registered voters. The margin of error is +/-2.5 percentage points.
Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields figures of 48.8% for the Democrats and 51.2% for the Republicans. In comparison to the average results of other polls in Ohio The democrats did better in this poll.
