Ohio: Lead for Democrats in new NBC-WSJ-Marist poll
Results of a new poll conducted by NBC-WSJ-Marist were published on April 16. Participants from Ohio were asked, who they would give their vote to, if the election were today. According to the results, 48.0% of respondents plan to vote for the Democrats, while 42.0% plan to vote for the GOP. The poll was conducted from March 4 to March 10 among 2052 registered voters. The margin of error is +/-2.2 percentage points.
Translating these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 53.3% for the democrat Hillary Clinton and 46.7% for Donald Trump.
