New PPP (D)PPP (D) poll in Ohio: Democrats hold comfortable advantage
On April 12, PPP (D)PPP (D) released the results of a new poll, in which respondents from Ohio were asked for whom they would vote if the parties' nominees were Hillary Clinton for the Democrats and Donald Trump for the Republicans.
Of those who answered the question, 45.0% revealed that they plan to vote for Clinton, whereas 40.0% indicated that they would give their vote to Trump. The poll was conducted between March 3 and March 4. The sample size was 1248 registered voters. Estimated have a +/-2.8 percentage points error margin. Converting these results into two-party vote shares yields values of 52.9% for the Democrats and 47.1% for the Republicans.
